I thought Tyre fell by either a traversing bridge, built from the remnants of maus, or from an incidental plague caused by a diversion of fresh water.
Yeah, just read the stupid definition.
Alexander won his fight against tyr because of greater engineering/man power, or because of privation.
That article is completely wrong.
I'm not well educated, but I know a few things, and I know that article is WAY wrong, cuz BIG concepts don't happen within a year, PERIOD, they don't.
I believe that Alexander building a bridge to tyr is also credited with sacking the tomb of mauos for materials, or something like that
