O\oooh, and it even takes into account why watering (or steaming, or mixing in ice) for curing is so important to hardness and strength.

Agreed. Kind of weird to be fascinated by this stuff, but I am! :-)
Considering cement was invented by the Romans, it's very interesting that we're only just now figuring out its molecular structure.
