Odd the way humor works among humans. As long as nobody is seriously injured, accidents prove to be very funny to those not involved. Perhaps it is the knowledge of how stupid each of us can be at times that we recognize in seeing these easily preventable accidents, along with a touch of schadenfreude of course, that brings out the humor. Eh whatever, these are kind of funny...

I think part of it too, is that we are painfully aware of our own ability to be excruciatingly stupid. Some of it is laughing at ourselves.
